You've already done the clinical work. The thinking is sound. The strategies are evidence based. But somewhere between the page and the practice, something gets lost. We help close that gap.
Every behaviour support practitioner knows the feeling. You spend weeks observing, analysing, consulting, drafting. The plan that comes out of that process holds genuine clinical care. Then it gets emailed to the team, filed in a folder, and somewhere around page seventeen, the people who are meant to implement it start to disengage.
It isn't their fault. Long PDFs aren't designed for the way support workers actually work. Between shifts, between supports, between regulating themselves and regulating someone else — there's no quiet thirty minutes to read forty pages. So the plan becomes a reference document people consult after something has gone wrong, rather than a living tool that shapes practice as it happens.
An example interactive BSP — fully clickable, navigable, and built from the ground up for the way support workers actually work. Click either preview to open the real document in a new tab.
Your behaviour support plan, rebuilt as a digital document the support team can navigate intuitively rather than scroll through linearly. The clinical content stays intact — diagnoses, function statements, strategies, reasoning — but the structure changes so frontline staff can find what they need quickly: proactive strategies, reactive responses, individual triggers, communication preferences, escalation guidance.
Less scrolling. Less searching. More likelihood that the plan is actually used.
Web based, accessible via a link, viewable on phone, tablet, or computer. No app to download. No login required for the support team. You can share the link with anyone who needs access — just like sharing a Google Doc or a Dropbox file.
Remove anything that could directly identify the participant: name, date of birth, NDIS number, address, phone, photographs, school or service name, and family members' names.
Keep everything that's clinically relevant: diagnoses, behavioural patterns, history, triggers, strategies, communication preferences, sensory profile, function hypotheses. That's the substance we work with — and we don't need a real name to do good work with it.
The de identified BSP you send is deleted from our systems once your interactive version is delivered. We don't archive it, train models on it, or retain it for future reference. The interactive version is yours, and the source is gone.
Five to seven business days from the moment your de identified plan arrives in our inbox. Most are delivered well inside that window.
Mention it in your submission email and we'll let you know if we can fit it in. We try to accommodate rush requests where capacity allows. There's no surcharge for genuine urgency — we just need to know early.
The Interactive BSP transformation is currently priced at $50 per plan instead of the standard $180 — a founding practitioner rate as a thank you to the early supporters helping us build CorePBS into something genuinely useful for the field.
It's likely claimable through plan managed NDIS funding, but we recommend confirming with the participant's plan manager before invoicing. Claiming rules vary by plan type, line item, and provider arrangement, and we're not in a position to give plan specific advice.
Yes. An invoice is sent through with the final version of your interactive BSP. If you need a custom invoice formatted for a specific plan manager, email us before paying and we'll send one directly.
One round of minor revisions is included — small wording changes, structural adjustments, anything you'd want refined after seeing the first version. Larger changes can be done at a reduced rate.
No. CorePBS is aligned with the NDIS framework — the language, the standards, and the practice expectations — but we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operating on behalf of the NDIS or the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission.
The platform is designed to support high quality behaviour support practice across all settings — funded or otherwise.
Tell us. The included revision round covers most concerns, and if something is fundamentally not right, we'd rather hear it and fix it than have you pay for something you won't use. Reputation matters more than any single transaction.
One off transformation per behaviour support plan. Delivered within 5 to 7 business days, or 24 hours by request.
We're considering a subscription option for practitioners and organisations who'd benefit from regular interactive BSP transformations — at a discounted ongoing rate. Vote yes to register your interest and shape what comes next.
