Questions
Straight answers.
The questions practitioners ask most before buying, including exactly what course completion does and does not mean under the NDIS Commission's suitability process.
What exactly is CorePBS?
A Positive Behaviour Support education and practice ecosystem for NDIS behaviour support practitioners. It combines practitioner training, a practical toolkit and the forthcoming CorePBS Connect platform under one quality standard.
Does completing the Core Training Program guarantee NDIS practitioner suitability?
No. It is designed to strengthen knowledge and theory across the capability content that underpins suitability assessment. Completing CorePBS training does not make a person suitable, guarantee a suitability decision, confer a practitioner capability level, or replace the NDIS Commission application process, supervision, experience or evidence requirements. Suitability decisions are made by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission. The purpose of the program is to strengthen the knowledge and theoretical foundation you bring to that process and to your practice.
Does the Proficient FBA Series make me a Proficient practitioner?
Proficient in the course title describes the depth and learning focus of the material. Completion does not confer a practitioner capability level. It does not replace supervision, evidence, experience or the Commission process.
What does the complete practitioner pathway cost?
Complete Core Practitioner Training is $1,290 for the founding intake, then $1,690 standard. The twelve-module Proficient Practice Series is $990 founding, then $1,290 standard. Taken together as the Practitioner Pathway it is $1,990 founding, then $2,490 standard. Course completion does not confer suitability or a capability level.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes. Afterpay and Zip are both available at checkout, and the price is the same either way. Afterpay has a $2,000 order limit, so the full Practitioner Pathway needs Zip rather than Afterpay.
What can I buy in the Toolkit?
Editable templates, fictional exemplar practice cases, information guides, the Field Guide, interactive BSP resources, interactive staff training resources and interactive diagnostic explainers.
How do the interactive product purchases work?
One-off purchases are fulfilled by CorePBS. After checkout you send your de-identified source document and the finished resource comes back within 48 hours for review, with two edits included. For ongoing access across multiple participants or tools, use the practice enquiry form.
Are the Template Library documents editable?
Yes. They are editable Word documents that can be branded and reused within the purchased licence conditions.
Is CorePBS affiliated with the NDIS Commission?
CorePBS is aligned with the NDIS framework but is not affiliated with or endorsed by the NDIS. Training and resources are professional education tools, not a guarantee of suitability, registration, funding, clinical outcome or legal compliance.

Send the question. It is answered by the practitioner who wrote the material, not a support desk.
