The plain version of what you are buying, how access works, and how refunds work.
Who we are
CorePBS is operated by Foundations First Group Pty Ltd (ABN 46 683 194 569). You can contact us at amy@corepbs.com. In these terms, "we" means CorePBS and "you" means the person buying or using the training.
What you are buying
CorePBS sells online professional education for behaviour support practitioners. Each program, starter pack, or subscription is described on its page, including price and what is included. Prices are in Australian dollars.
CorePBS training is professional education. It is aligned with the NDIS Positive Behaviour Support Capability Framework, but it is independent of the NDIS and the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission. Completing a program does not confer practitioner suitability, registration, or any status with the NDIS Commission. Any work you complete in the programs is training work and should be labelled as such.
Your account and access
Programs are delivered through your CorePBS account. Your access is personal to you. Please do not share your login, or copy, resell, or redistribute the course content.
Programs bought in full stay available to you for as long as CorePBS offers the program, and for at least 12 months from purchase. If we ever retire a program, we will give you at least 30 days notice to finish it or download your own work.
Starter packs are downloadable PDFs delivered straight after payment.
Pay as you go
The pay per module option for the Complete Core Practitioner Training is $149 per module, paid whenever you choose to unlock the next one, 12 modules and $1,788 in total, compared with $1,290 paid upfront. Each payment unlocks one module. After 12 payments the program is fully yours. Nothing is billed automatically. Instalment plans arranged on request (4 x $449, $1,796 in total, for the Core program; 4 x $349, $1,396 in total, for the Functional Behaviour Assessment Series) are confirmed in writing before the first payment.
You can cancel at any time from the billing link in your dashboard. Cancelling stops future payments. You keep every module already unlocked, and no further modules unlock.
The Club, monthly training tools
The Club is a monthly subscription. You can cancel at any time from the billing link in your dashboard, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for.
Refunds
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major problem, such as content that does not work or is significantly different from its description, you are entitled to a refund or a fix. Contact us and we will make it right.
Change of mind on full programs: if you ask within 14 days of purchase and have opened no more than two modules, we will refund you in full. After that, change of mind refunds are not available.
Change of mind on starter packs and per module payments: because these are delivered instantly, we do not offer change of mind refunds. You can cancel a subscription at any time to stop future payments.
To ask for a refund, email amy@corepbs.com with the email address you used to buy. We reply within two business days and refunds go back to the original payment method.
Payments
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. CorePBS never sees or stores your full card details.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time you buy applies to that purchase.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
