Equipped before your first client.
Foundations first, then supervision, then practice. CorePBS partners with a registered NDIS behaviour support provider so the route from training into work is a real one.
Supervision towards suitability.
Structured supervision for practitioners preparing for the Commission's suitability process, built on the evidence portfolio produced in training rather than on a blank slate. Places depend on the current waitlist.
Supervision starts once a program is complete, so the theory has been taught and tested before it meets a caseload.
Your evidence tasks become the starting material, sharpened into what the Commission expects to read.
Working under supervision and scope of practice, taught in the program and practised here.
A real route into practice.
A limited number of supported practice places are available with the partner provider for practitioners moving out of the training programs. Where a practitioner is assessed as suitable, employment opportunities may follow.
The Core training, with its evidence portfolio, is the starting point.
Limited places with the partner provider, under supervision, with a real caseload.
Places are offered in order of readiness, not application date.
